    Hi Thomas,

Thank you for reaching out, and I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble you and your clients have been experiencing.

We appreciate your continued use of Brizy across multiple client sites, and I understand how frustrating and time-consuming these issues must be.

Regarding the security warnings, we’re aware that some hosting environments have recently flagged false positives related to Brizy files. While these are not actual vulnerabilities, we’ve already contacted the relevant security vendors to help clear these warnings.

As for the Pro license deactivation, this issue is often caused by a version mismatch. Please ensure you have Brizy Free v2.7.2 and Brizy Pro v2.7.1 installed.

I understand your frustration, especially when managing many client websites. While we don't have an immediate fix, we’re working hard to reduce issues like these in future updates.

If you’re still encountering problems after updating, feel free to send us a few affected URLs so we can investigate directly. If you have urgent sites that need to be restored quickly, you can temporarily revert to Brizy 2.6.22 and Brizy Pro 2.6.14. These versions can be downloaded here: https://supportfiles.brizy.site/

    Thanks again for your patience.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
