Many errors: CSS, header menu, mobile hamburger menu
In the appendix you will find some pictures of errors. The CSS seems to break in many places. Since today.
We also have problems with the mobile menu. The hamburger menu does not always open.
I have re-selected the elements. WProcket is emptied and deactivated. Lazy Lode is deactivated.
We have never had so many problems and errors with a builder in 13 years.
When will these points be fixed?

Hi Burkhard,
Thanks for sharing those details and screenshots, I understand how frustrating this must be, especially given your long experience working with builders.
We’ve recently released Brizy 2.7.2 and Brizy Pro 2.7.1, which include important fixes for several layout and display issues reported after the last update. Kindly update both plugins and check if this helps resolve the CSS and mobile menu issues you're seeing.
If the problems persist, try making a small change to the affected pages, such as adding 1px padding to a section or global header/footer—and save. This can help trigger a recompile and often resolves the display issues.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0 -
We have only had these problems since the update to 2.7.x.
At least there were not as many of these errors before.0 -
Where can I download downgrades? There is no download history for the Pro version in your backend.
I can't save every page again....

Unfortunately, it doesn't help.
Suddenly HTML tags are visible:

How do we get back to an old and working version? This needs to happen today! My client is angry!

White screen of death.....

saving again is no good either. Downgrade does not work.
Phew... it's going to be a long, long night for us.

Hello Kc George,
thank you for your help.
Can you tell us, what you did to solve it?
So we can solve the problems self.
I found another problems on the homepage:
The HTML says, the color of the font must be white. It is not white.
This images are round in the backend. In the frontend they are squares

Hello Burkhard,
We have added the same text using the Brizy Text element. If the text look identical, kindly delete the embedded HTML text. We have also fixed the rounded corners for the three images.
When you see a difference between the editor design and the website frontend, make a minor change to the affected element in the block (like increasing the padding by 1 pixel) and save your work by clicking on the "Update" button at the bottom right corner. If there are 5 icons in a block, fix the issue in just one icon. This will recompile the specific block and fix the issue in the frontend.

I'll tell you how it is. These are unacceptable solutions. We have to correct mistakes that we never built in. We have to explain to our customer why their website has looked bad for days and why some of it doesn't work. We have to re-save blocks or pages because there is no routine that does this automatically after an update.
We have to do all of this.
And when a new update with ‘bug fixes’ comes next week, everything can start all over again.
I think this was our last project with Brizy and we are considering investing the effort in a functioning page builder for this site. One that also sets H tags correctly. One that offers a source editor. One that works much easier with other plugins.

Hi Burkhard,
I completely understand your frustration, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused — especially with your clients affected.
We’ve just released Brizy 2.7.3 and Brizy Pro 2.7.1, which include important fixes for the CSS, mobile menu, and other layout issues. Please update both plugins and check if that helps.
That said, we acknowledge this experience has not met expectations, and we truly appreciate the time and effort you’ve spent troubleshooting. Your feedback is valid, and it’s been shared with our team.
Let me know if the latest update improves things on your end.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
