    Hi Jeffrey,

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear you’re running into this issue.

To help us investigate further, could you please check if the problem persists when all other plugins are disabled except for Brizy and Brizy Pro? Also, kindly make sure that you’re using the latest versions of both Brizy (2.7.2) and Brizy Pro (2.7.1).

Let us know how it goes so we can assist you further.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

I restraced my steps and found the issue, also found the solution.

I published the site via Server Sync first.
This was just to test outr the functionality. It worked fine but i wanted to host it mysellf anyways so i exported the files to HTML.

The url was still set via Server Sync with my own custom url and therefor the project pages would not save.
I did not find the disconnect button after i started inspecting if i could change the url. I disconnected the site, the url changed and the project would save again.
It was very unclear for me because the error did not make sense untill now in hindsight.

It may be a good idea to link to a documentation page when showing these errors with a manual what to do when these errors occur. I was kind of stuck and can imagine someone else would even quit the project at such a point lol.

Mystery solved, first site online with Brizy!
Will send in some tips / requests soonish.

    Thanks for your help,
    Jeffrey

    Hi Jeffrey,

Thank you for the update—and great job retracing your steps and figuring it out.

It looks like there was a bit of confusion on our side as well; I initially thought you were working in Brizy WP, not Brizy Cloud, so I appreciate your patience.

We totally understand how that situation could be frustrating, especially with the error message not clearly pointing to the cause. Your suggestion about linking to documentation for these types of issues is a great one, and I’ll make sure to pass that along to the team.

    All the best,
    Ariel H.
