JavaScript Insertion
Working with WordPress/Ecwid/Brizy, I have an issue with something overriding the script. Using subtitles, I am attempting to format my grid cards with necessary information. In testing mode, the script works fine, but when live, something keeps re-rendering the grid and removes the injected elements. Log into findperhaps.shop and you will briefly see what I am referring too. The script result is viewable for a millisecond and then disappears. We have tried using Ecwid.OnPageLoaded and MutationObserver, but no help. Any suggestions? Upon request, I will be happy to provide the script. Thank you.
A second question then follows since I am trying to move from WordPress/Ecwid/Brizy to the cloud Shop. As I build (rebuild) the cloud version ecommerce site, one of the important aspects of building a site is the ability to place important elements where you want them and not have them re-render unwanted formatting and information. In the above case, I need to let people know what is included for each product on display and I want that information in the grid card, as well as the main product card. Without being able to do this, this value of a non-coded ecommerce website is sorely diminished. So, my question is: Will this issue also be a problem with Brizy Shop?
Should I be reaching out to Ecwid about this as well? Thanks for your reply and assistance.

Hello Wil,
We only assist with bugs and problems that arise with our products' graphical user interface. Our assistance does not include troubleshooting problems with user-added custom scripts. You will need to troubleshoot this on your own; we sincerely regret any inconvenience.
You can create your own product details template, shop template, and product category template using Brizy Shops. Choose the "Shop" category at https://www.brizy.io/templates to see a selection of Brizy Shop templates. You can get an idea of the kinds of shop and category archive template designs Brizy Shops can create by previewing different templates. There aren't many customization choices when using the Brizy Shop's graphic user interface. Being a proprietary software, there isn't much room for customizing the product listing templates with custom scripts.
