URGENT: Brizy Update Broke All Websites – Missing Header, Footer, and Forms
This is beyond frustrating.
I manage multiple business and client websites built entirely with Brizy. After updating to Brizy Free 2.7.1 and Brizy Pro 2.7.0, every single site has lost its header, footer, and contact forms, all of which were built using global blocks.
I’ve already tried the workaround you’ve suggested elsewhere:
➡️ Opened the global blocks
➡️ Added 1px padding
➡️ Saved and re-saved
Result: Nothing changed. The issue persists across all my sites.
This is not just an inconvenience ,this is damaging. Clients are calling and complaining that their sites are broken, missing navigation, and unusable. These websites are central to our businesses, and without functional headers and footers, users are completely lost.
I’ve cleared caches, flushed CDNs, hard-refreshed browsers — nothing works.
This update is actively breaking production environments. I need an urgent fix or proper guidance that actually resolves the issue. Not generic instructions, not vague suggestions — I need a working, tested fix that I can apply across all my sites.
Please escalate this ticket immediately. The silence from your side is not acceptable given the severity.

Hello there,
We apologize for the inconvenience. The 3 steps you have outlined above has fixed the bug on many user websites. Can you give us access to one of your websites? You can use the same procedures for other projects after we fix the bug on that website.
Please add a new user to the WordPress Dashboard of one of your websites and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io

Interested to hear if there will be a long term fix for this one going forward. This update also broke all our Brizy sites - the "fix" was to go in and edit every global block that was missing via "Edit with Brizy" - add a space in a text block and delete it then hit Update on the Page.
However, this isn't the first lot of Brizy updates that have caused this to happen, and when this happens on 50+ websites, it is now a real pain to deal with and shouldn't be happening now that Brizy should be a "Mature" product.

Hi Dennis,
Thank you for contacting us.
I completely understand how frustrating it must be to go through this process across so many sites. The behavior you described happens because pages sometimes need to be recompiled after certain updates, and making even a small change inside the global block (like adding and removing a space) forces that recompile.
Our team is aware of this concern, and we've shared this feedback with them. While the current workaround does resolve the issue, we understand that it’s not ideal when managing a large number of websites. A longer-term fix is under consideration, though it may take some time.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.
Best regards,

Actually I have 12 websites using Brizy Wordpress Plugin. The funny part is that 7 of them, headers and footers disappeared. While the remaining 5s do still have their headers and footers.
So, do you want me to send you access to all of them or just the ones with missing headers and footers ?
Let me know ASAP so we can fix this issue once for all.
Thanks.

Hi Alexis, thank you for your cooperation.
We’ve fixed all five sites, changing the width of the header and footer blocks, saving the changes, and then reverting them back to the original 100% width forces the page to recompile and resolves the issue. This is demonstrated on this screencast - https://youtu.be/0TSUp7YN_Co
I understand this require extra effort, and we apologize for the inconvenience.Best regards,

Hello,
There 7 sites to be fixed. Not 5.

Hi Alexis, all seven websites are now working, please check to confirm. Clear your browser cache, in case the pages don't load properly.

Yës all good. Do I need to update them myself regularly ?

Hi Alexis, only if the issue occurs again. Please send credentials if the issue happens again, or if the workload becomes too overwhelming for you.
Best regards,

When are you planning to fix that ? That is not acceptable to have an issue like that when you pay for a tool.

Hi Alexis, we’re currently working on an improved version of the compiler. Unfortunately, we don’t have an exact ETA for its release yet. We apologize for the inconvenience.
