Urgent Issue After Brizy Update – Menu Disappeared, Contact Forms & SEO Affected
Dear Brizy Support Team,
I am writing to report a critical issue that occurred immediately after the recent Brizy update. After updating, the website's main navigation menu has suddenly disappeared across all pages, severely affecting user experience and accessibility.
Additionally, multiple contact forms across the site have stopped functioning properly, and most concerning of all, our SEO performance has been negatively impacted — likely due to broken site structure and missing elements post-update.
These issues are causing serious disruption to our business, including lead loss and decreased visibility in search engines. Everything was working smoothly before the update, so we believe this is directly related to the changes pushed in the new release.
Please prioritize this matter and advise us urgently on how to resolve it. A rollback option or immediate fix would be highly appreciated.

The issues you described have been addressed in the latest versions (Brizy 2.7.1 and Brizy Pro 2.7.1). Please make sure both plugins are updated.
Once updated, try making a small change to the affected pages (for example, adding 1px of padding to a section) or your global header — and save. This can help re-trigger the compiler and usually resolves display issues on the live site.
