brizy free not showing on my plugin/ website broken

Hi there,

My website is currently broken, and I believe it may be related to a recent update. The Brizy Free plugin has gone missing from my WordPress plugins list.

When I tried downloading the free Brizy plugin from your website and uploading it via the WordPress backend, I received an error saying:
"Plugin already exists."

Could you please assist in resolving this as soon as possible? We really need to get the site back up and running.

  Hello Joshua,

  Kindly reinstall Brizy following these steps.

  1. Sign in to your hosting control panel and access the "File Manager" app.
     
     
  2. Navigate to the path /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the Brizy folder.
     
     
     
     
  3. Reinstall Brizy from the WordPress plugin repository
