    Hello Kevin,

We apologize for the inconvenience. I see the design at https://jmp.sh/MFC1izh2 when visiting https://vanderbiltmaids.com/. Once you install Brizy 2.7.1 from the ZIP file at https://jmp.sh/9PMB4Hva, please make a minor change to your header and footer (like increasing the padding by 1 pixel) and update your project to make the header and footer visible again.

    Hello Antario,

After updating the plugin, when you make a minor change and update your project, your website gets recompiled and a revised HTML, CSS and JS code gets generated based on the latest update and this fixes the issue in the website frontend.

    Hello Kevin,

Everything works fine in preview for logged in users. This is the design you see in preview while logged in: https://jmp.sh/TLcvN0ON. In the website frontend, you see a cached version of the website and the these changes are not reflected.

Kindly sign into your SiteGround control panel and purge these caches and check if the preview design is visible to website visitors.

KC- I sent in my credentials 4 days ago to your support and I'm still having the issue with the global blocks and dynamic elements now working. Can someone please support this?

    Hello Kevin,

The website header and footer appear working fine in the frontend. Do you have other global blocks which are not displaying in the frontend?

What are examples of dynamic element that that are not working? Maybe you can specify the pages and the specific elements?
