White screen on 2.7.1

Hello,

After the 2.7.1 update, we're seeing several sites with blank white screens.

We've tried editing the pages and re-saving

Switching themes

Clearing cache

None of these appear to be helping.

  Hi Tyler,

  Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear you’re still experiencing issues after the 2.7.1 update.

  In some cases, affected pages may require a small change to trigger a proper recompile. Could you please try making a minor change to the affected pages or blocks? For example, adding 1px of padding or margin to an element and then saving the page again?

  This simple step often resolves the issue with blank pages by forcing the builder to reprocess the content.

  If the issue continues after trying that, feel free to share temporary access, and we’ll be happy to investigate further.

  Hello,

  Yes, we've tried adjusting the margin and various other things but the issue remains.

  A number of sites were missing menus as well.

  We rolled all sites back to the previous version and everything is back to normal.

  We’ve released Brizy 2.7.1 and Brizy Pro 2.7.1, which include fixes for several known issues, particularly those related to display and missing menus.

  If possible, we recommend testing the update on a staging version of your site first to ensure everything works as expected before applying it to your live site.
