Brizy Update
Hi,
Your new Brizy update has caused havoc on all our websites again - most have lost their headers - that is over 100 websites we have to go in and manually fix.
This is the same issue we encountered less than a year ago. Can you please release a fix for this asap?
Thanks,
Eilidh

Hello Eilidh,
We have released Brizy 2.7.1 to fix the issue with the header. You will need to make a minor change to the header block and save your work to recompile the pages using the latest version.

I'm afraid this is less than ideal and massively time consuming given we went through the same rigmarole last year. Can you please escalate my concerns about this?

Can I please also point out that on multiple websites the map has disappeared and icons are broken until we go in and 'edit the page'

Hi Darren,
Thank you for sharing your concerns. I completely understand how frustrating and time-consuming this must be.
This is an ongoing issue that we've already raised in our internal support chat. While there’s no immediate fix at the moment, our senior support team is aware of this problem. It may take some time, but rest assured it’s being looked into.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Best regards,

Hello Sarah,
To fix the issues with the Brizy 2.7.x, kindly follow these steps.
- In the header block, make a minor change (like increasing the padding by 1 pixel) and save the project by clicking on the "Update" button to display the header in the website frontend.
- In any other block with missing content, similarly, make a minor change (like increasing the padding by 1 pixel) and save the project. If multiple elements are missing within a block, you only need to change one of the elements and save the project. This will restore the all elements within the block in the frontend.
If you need help with this, kindly give us access to your project and we will do this for you. Please add a new user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to our email: communitysupport@brizy.io

Hi KC,
It happened to this site https://francis-scott.org.uk/ today. Plugins are up to date.
Whilst fixed it's frustrating as we can't monitor all our sites and in this instance the client pointed it out to us.
Thanks,

Hi Darren,
Thank you for the update. I completely understand how frustrating this can be, especially when the client is the one to catch the issue first. Our developers have been informed, but it may take some time to fully resolve this type of issue.
Best regards,
