WTF - why has my subscription suddenly disappeared?

    I repaired it myself.

    Wordpress did an autoupdate of brizy normal and did not take over the autoupdate function of brizy pro. as a result, the license was removed from my website and all pro plugins were hidden. which is pretty stupid, I was wondering why I haven't received a new newsletter subscription for days.... the field was simply not displayed.

    Hi Nicolas,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I’m really sorry for the trouble this caused.

    This issue typically occurs due to a version mismatch between Brizy (free) and Brizy Pro. It’s possible that WordPress auto-updated the Brizy plugin first, and due to dashboard caching or sync delays, the update for Brizy Pro didn’t appear right away. When the versions become incompatible, the license may temporarily disconnect, and Pro features, including your newsletter subscription field, can go missing from the frontend and editor.

    We understand how frustrating that must have been, especially since it wasn’t immediately obvious.

    To avoid this in the future, we recommend manually checking for updates after an auto-update occurs by going to Dashboard > Updates and clicking "Check Again." This usually refreshes the available updates for both plugins.

    Thanks for the advice and help, I have deactivated the autoupdate so that this doesn't happen again.
