Issues with Editor Permissions & Client Workflow – Needs Improvement

    Hello Freddy,

    Currently the Editor and Designer roles are defined with these privileges.

    • Editor role allows your customers to make updates to text and images on all webpages.
    • Designer role allows your customers not only to make changes to text and images, but also to alter the design of the pages. They can drag and drop Brizy elements to different pages and modify the original design. 

    Even through Designers can add projects, they cannot activate PRO license for a project. In case a PRO license gets used by a client, you can deactivate it. Editors can change images and texts. I have confirmed this in your dashboard. Kindly check this again.

    Since granular control for customizing role definitions is not available in Brizy Cloud at the moment, white label builders also do not have it. Currently for the Team Member invitations to work well, you must follow the below workflow.

    1. Request Team Members to sign up with your white label builder
    2. Once they have a login, send them a invitation to access a workspace
    3. They accept the invitation by clicking on the Get Started link in the email

    If your Team Members skip Step 1, they can run into errors or can have access issues.
