    Hello,

    I visited your website on an iPhone using Safari and I see this design. If you test the website using multiple iPhones, do you see the same issue on all phones or only on a single phone?

    Can you try these and check if it helps to fix this error? 

    • Clear browser cache following the procedure at https://support.apple.com/en-in/105082 and check if this helps
    • If you're using a VPN or proxy server, disable both and check again
    • Enable JavaScript in Safari under Settings > Safari > Advanced 
       
    • Enable Cookies in Safari under Settings > Safari > Advanced by disabling the option "Block All Cookies"

    Vielen Dank. Das Löschen des Verlaufs hat nichts gebracht. Aber nachdem ich ‚Alle Cookies blockieren‘ aktiviert habe, hat es funktioniert. Was ist das Problem? Ich kann ja von den Kunden nicht erwarten, dass sie das auch tun sollen :-)

    hey kc george.

    es funktionierte die tage. und nun geht es wieder nicht. es spielt keine rolle ob google chrome oder safari.

    auch gogole analytics meldet das keine daten mehr gesendet werden können. was ist das problem? andere landing pages über brizy funktionieren. 

    siehe auch anhang. es ladet immer sehr lange und dann kommt das:

    2. Name of your Internet Service Provider
    3. If you disable all browser extensions, do you see the 403 Forbidden error?

    My IP adress (IPv4) looks like this one: 194.230.147.66
    Although my location shown is not correct. On the website it says that I live in Neuchatel which is false. I live in Bern. 
    My internet service provider is Sunrise GmbH. The brand is Yallo.
    When all the extensions are disabled, it looks like this:

    We have done something at our end towards fixing this issue. Please check if the issue persists at your end. Please also test using the "New Private (Incognito) Window" of your browser to ensure that you are not seeing a cached page.

    The 403 Forbidden errors were caused by a security software due to false positives. We have addressed the issue at our end. You don't need to take any corrective action.

    eine frage: könntest du schauen das die domain auch mit www.lp.knabenschiessen.ch erreichbar ist? sowie auch nur mit lp.knabenschiessen.ch? ohne das wir die einstellungen ändern müssten? wir haben alles eingerichtet und schon verlinkt daher wäre es wichtig das es weiter so funktioniert wie bis jetzt. falls es technisch nicht geht, lasen wir es sonst lieber so

    In Brizy Cloud, when adding a root domain to your project, the website will also be available with the www prefix. However, when adding a subdomain to a project, the website is available only on the subdomain and not with the www prefix. Brizy Cloud does not have an option to add the prefix www to subdomains.
