    Hello there,

On Brizy Cloud, a website is published on the www subdomain rather than the root domain. The www version is displayed to visitors to the root domain. Visitors to https://politicaldigitalads.com/, for instance, are redirected to https://www.politicaldigitalads.com/. The root domain is permanently moved to the www version when this redirect is carried out using the 301 redirect method. The 301 redirection on your website is intentional and not an error.

Google typically indexes the destination URL after a redirect, not the original URL. In your case, Google will not index https://politicaldigitalads.com, but will index https://www.politicaldigitalads.com. Because Google Search Console would display the 301 redirect as a reason for not indexing the root domain, your IT service provider might have thought of it as an error. The 301 redirect can be a problem only if you require Google to index your root domain. For most users, this isn't an issue.
