Adding a menu element makes blanks page

When I add a Menu element to my header, the page becomes blank when I check it. Also, when I click "update" it takes a minute to complete, or I get "This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser." but it has saved. If I delete the Menu element, it all works fine.

  Hi Charlie,

  Thank you for the details. Could you please check if the same issue occurs when using a different theme, such as a default one like Twenty Twenty-One? This will help us determine if the problem is theme-related.
