Subscription renewal

Hello,

Our subscription renewal is due on 16th July. I have change the payment method on the account. Please can you let me know if the payment will be taken automatically or do I have to make the payment.

When I pressed update subscription the discount to $54 was lost and the bill was $60.

  Hello Jenny,

  The renewal transaction will be processed automatically on July 16, 2025. Usually the discount applies during the first year of an annual subscription and reverts to the original price from the second year onwards.
