SSL is not working

Hello Brizy Support,

I'm experiencing an SSL certificate issue with my website.

Domain: www.el-arca-imndustrial.com

Problem: The SSL certificate appears to invalid. When visitors try to access the site, they receive a ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

What I need:

• SSL working properly

This is preventing users from accessing the website securely. Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

  Hello Said,

  Your A Record points to an external server with the IP 15.197.225.128. Please change it to the Brizy Cloud Serer IP 34.237.47.210

   

  After making the above change, if you continue to see the SSL error, kindly follow instructions under the heading "In case of SSL protocol error" at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052 to auto generate the SSL certificate.
