keep getting error

Hello, the AI builder keeps giving error and will not create the website. I get this as soon as I put name in. Let me know. Thank you

  Hello Tommy,

  The Brizy Ai Builder in general is working well. Auto generation of websites is working well in multiple customer's dashboards.   

  Do you continue to see this error or you could eventually generate an AI website? If the error persists,

  • Kindly clear brizy.io cookies in your browser following the procedure similar to https://jmp.sh/nTWu8K4C and check if that helps
  • Open a "New Private Window" of your browser, sign in to your Brizy Cloud dashboard from that window and check if that makes a difference.
  • Try signing in to your Cloud dashboard from an alternate browser and check if you are able to generate a website using AI.
