Brevo not linking to form
Hi I tried to connect a form on a popup in Brizy Cloud to a list in my Brevo account, but when I try to select a list nothing appears. Every time I try I get a notification from Brevo stating that an unknown IP address tried to make an API call. This has never happened before. Please help.

Brizy- Brevo integration is currently broken and we are working on fixing it. In the interim, you could attempt to integrate your Brizy Form with Brevo using webhooks following a procedure similar to these.

Hi Kc George,
Did you guys at Brizy manage to resolve the issue with the Brevo integration? I have done the Make.com connection, but it's unreliable and constantly breaks. I have no idea if I'm missing signups. I only realise that the connection is broken when I test it myself by going through the sign-up process on my landing page. It's a pain in the @$$ and I don't have the time or patience to do that on a regular basis.

It was not due to a Brizy bug that the Brevo integration was broken. For the integration to work, the IP address of your website must be whitelisted in your Brevo account. Depending on the number of times you have attempted to integrate your Brizy form with Brevo, you will see a list of blocked IPs in your Brevo account. Please authorize the blocked IPs in your Brevo account to make the Brizy integration work, following the procedure at https://jmp.sh/f2bVOjTj Once you authorize the IP, the Brizy- Brevo integration should work.
