Pop-up does not show

Hi there,

I created a pop-up with Brizy on a website that is not made with Brizy (www.skinsy.nl)
Is it possible to make a Birzy pop-up work? I made one and it does not show.
I tried some different settings but nothing works.

  Hello Lenie,

  Are you saying that you have created an external popup following the procedure at External Popups and embedded it at https://skinsy.nl/? I do not see a popup project in your dashboard and hence could not take a look. Can you give us more details?

  • How was the Brizy popup created? 
  • What is the name of your popup project?
  • How did you embed it to an external website?

  Hi Kc George,

  It is an excisting website, and I installed Brizy Pro in the wordpress dashboard, and then created a Pop-up in the wordpress dashboard.

  Not sure why it is not working, maybe because the website is not created with Brizy?

  Hello Lenie,

  If the popup was created as an internal popup, it would trigger only on Brizy pages. If you want to display a popup on an external website including WordPress websites, kindly design the popup in Brizy Cloud and embed its code to your project following the procedure at External Popups
