Dear Kc George and Team,
Dear Kc George and Team,
We are writing once again regarding the ongoing license renewal issue that continues to disrupt our webhook-based mission-critical system.
Despite your assurance (as per your message dated [23 days ago], attached) that the licenses would be manually reinstated each month on the 27th without further action from us, the problem has occurred again. We are extremely frustrated and disappointed by this continued failure.
How long are we expected to keep following up on this issue? We have been paying for uninterrupted service, yet we are repeatedly forced to monitor, report, and wait for manual fixes — a process that is neither acceptable nor sustainable.
We are now formally demanding the following:
-
Immediate reactivation of our PRO license without delay.
-
A permanent resolution, such as extending our license programmatically for one full year, as we are committed to continued payments.
-
A written explanation of why the previously promised solution (automated renewal on the 27th) failed again.
-
An official statement on compensation for the repeated service disruptions over the last several months.
This situation has severely affected our operations, and we will not tolerate further interruptions. Please treat this matter with the utmost urgency and provide a clear, actionable response within 24 hours.

Hello,
We have restored your PRO licenses again. Every time the subscription is renewed, a bug in our licensing software is triggered. The problem recurs each month because you're on a monthly subscription.
The interim solution was to manually fix this issue on 27th of every month. For some reason, notification for this scheduled task failed last month and hence we could not complete it. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We are making every effort to guarantee uninterrupted access to PRO features. This bug is being worked on, and a fix could become available in a week or two. This should give you a permanent resolution.
