Embed for video and GA4 tracking issue
Hi,
i experience a strange Brizy behavior. I want to track with GA4 how many people play video on my webpage. I create a google trigger and tag, then I place youtube video (using video element) on the page. Then I preview in google tag manager debug mode. When i click play, debug mode doesnt show video start in the summary.
So i use embed element instead. When I use embed element, gtm and Ga4 can properly track the video, however! if there 3 videos in the column or a row, for some strange reason, gtm recognizes only 2nd and 3rd video, but on the very first (on the left). It's driving me crazy, is there some fix or workaround for this?
To clarify even more, if there is just one embed on page with youtube code, its not recognized by gtm, only 2nd and subsequent videos.
Thanks for help.

Hi Kc George, what's weird is that YT trigger works the following videos on the same page. It doesnt work only on the first. I'm happy to have a quick video call and share my screen.
Let me see the video too.0 -
Hello Martin,
We do not have expertise on how YouTube trigger works in Google Tag Manager. Relying on expert advice would be the best course of action in this case.

Hi Kc George,
i tried to create a blank page without Brizy and problem persists, meaning issue is caused not by a Brizy element but some other plugin.
