Lost PRO Access Despite Active $8 Plan – Likely Triggered by Shop Plugin
Dear Brizy Team,
I am reaching out to kindly request assistance regarding my account.
I have been a long-time user of the old $8/month PRO plan and always had full access to the corresponding PRO features. However, after interacting with what I believe was the free Shop plugin, my access to all PRO functionalities suddenly disappeared. Since then, I am only shown the option to upgrade to the $20/month plan.
To clarify: I did not cancel or change my subscription, and I certainly did not intend to switch plans. From my perspective, this seems to have been triggered unintentionally – possibly by a technical error or system behavior linked to the Shop plugin.
I do not consider it acceptable to now be asked to pay more for the same set of features I already had under my original plan. I would therefore kindly ask you to review my account and restore access to the PRO features included in my ongoing subscription.

When activating the Shop Trial or Pro plans, our legacy plan users are experiencing a bug that causes their Pro plan to change to Free. We are working on fixing this bug and hope to release a fix soon. We may be able to roll out a fix within 1-2 days. We will keep you informed as we make progress.

thank you very much for the quick response and the update.
Unfortunately, I still do not have access to the PRO features in my projects – even after logging out, clearing the cache, and logging back in. My account was on the legacy $8/month plan, and nothing was changed manually on my side.
Could you please take another look and check if my PRO status can be restored correctly?
