Hello!
Our Brizy Cloud website https://fictionprize.worldhistory.org/ is down. We're unable to connect on desktop and on mobile we're seeing the attached image.
Can you please get the site back up again?
Thank you!

Hi!
We're still seeing that the website is down, in different browsers, for different users in different countries (UK and FR):

Hello there,
We tested your website on an iPhone and on a Mac and both displayed well. Have a look at https://jmp.sh/GGvJuyQC Please let us know the cities where you are seeing the above error if you have tested your website in multiple locations.
It could also be a DNS-related issue. You may try updating your DNS settings to use Google Public DNS for more consistent connectivity. The recommended DNS addresses are:
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4You can follow the steps outlined here to update your DNS settings:
https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/usingOnce updated, please check your website again and let us know if the issue persists

We've tested this with various team members and we're getting mixed results:
- Me (UK): not working
- #2 (UK): working
- #3 (US): working
- #4 (UK): not working
- #5 (FR): not working
It seems like the issue depends on the routing.

Hello there,
Our Content Delivery Network partner https://bunny.net/ is experiencing an issue at the moment. As you can see at https://status.bunny.net/ there is issue affecting container deployments, including up/downscaling and updates. Their team is actively investigating the root cause and working to restore normal functionality.

Kindly give them sometime to fix this.

Hello Eric,
The Bunny.net issue was fixed by the time you added your comment yesterday. All Brizy Cloud services were up and running in the last 48 hours. I checked few of your website randomly and all websites are loading fine. Are you still facing the above issue? If you are, kindly get back to us with more details.
- When you say "all of my sites have been down" did you see an error? Please share a screenshot.
- Do you see the same error on different computers, different browsers, using different internet service providers?
- Do you see the same error when visiting your website from multiple cities?

We're still seeing the error on https://fictionprize.worldhistory.org unfortunately, from some locations. I wonder if some cache clearing is needed on bunny.net?

Hello there,
When making any change to the website and saving your work by clicking the "Update" button at the bottom right corner, the new changes are cached by Bunny CDN. We have updated your project to push the editor content to the CDN. Please check if you continue to see the error in those locations.

We've republished the site, but we're still getting the same issue. We've tested it again with multiple team members all around the globe. While some can access the site, others cannot. It appears to depend on the ISP: One team member was able to access the site on her mobile phone connection, but not from her home wifi.

Hello,
Is it possible that when checking from the home WiFi, the user is accessing a cached version of the website? Can you request them to reload the page in the browser by selecting the "Reload" icon on the browser address bar? The browser will then load the live content.
Does the error you shared above appear to those who are unable to access the website, or do they see a different error? Would you please request a screenshot of the error they see?
