HI few questions 

1. Does the brizy studio plan early adopters LTD users account allow to publish to a custom domain? 

2. I was on the webinar recently I heard that there are plans to add brizy cloud to WHMCS will this apply to white lable users ? 

3. Is there any plans for while lable user to get the stipre intergration in the future?

    Hello Kuda,

    1. Brizy PRO Lifetime customers were eligible for a complimentary two-year subscription to Brizy Cloud, which included unlimited custom domains. You could build as many Brizy Cloud projects as you wanted over those two years and could connect those projects to custom domains. You are now unable to publish on custom domains since your two years of complimentary access ended on September 30, 2022.
    2. Right now, this project is still in its development stages.  As the launch date approaches, decisions will be taken about whether or not white label users will have access to it.
    3. The Agency plan that you purchased in Apr, 2022 included white label but did not allow you to resell Brizy. In May 2023, we made the Stripe integration available to clients who wish to resell Brizy. You can see the announcement at https://www.brizy.io/brizy-cloud-plans-changes

      Stripe integration is not included in the current white label plan available at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud since it is not intended for Brizy reselling. Currently, only Enterprise users have the ability to resell Brizy, and Stripe integration is part of it; purchasing this plan is the only way to gain access to Stripe integration.

    Help me understand. I was a Brizy customer, am I eligible for being grandfathered. Which plan did i purchase because I remember back then there where limited plans. The article indicates an addition of client billing. I think I am confusing myself on the plan i purchased. Kindly educate me thanks for your patience

    Hello Kuda,

    You purchased the Agency Plan with the following plan details, which included white label. In 2023, we offered Agency plan users the opportunity to upgrade to the legacy white label plan, which featured Stripe integration. The 2023 deal won't be valid today since we have a new white label plan at https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud and one that was referenced in the blog post above is no more available for purchase.

    So The one that I have is billed yearly and I am paying $299 Per year. 

    In my understanding is that I have 2 accounts. 

    1 is a lifetime account and the other I am billed yearly white label/ agency. 

    I think these are 2 seperate accounts.

    You are right; you have two accounts. The Agency plan is linked to hello@.......21.co.zw and the Brizy PRO Lifetime plan is linked to sape..........@gmail.com.

    So does this mean the agency account that I am paying $299.00/year was it not suppose to be grandfathered, Or I was suppose to take the upgrade offer in order to have the billing in place?

    Hello Kuda,

    Prior to its discontinuation, you had the opportunity to upgrade to the legacy white label plan (discussed in the blog article). Upgrading to a legacy plan is not possible; you can only upgrade to an existing plan.
