Urgent: Subscribers Not Receiving Welcome or Reset Password Emails
Dear Brizy Cloud Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I’m reaching out to request assistance regarding an issue I’m currently experiencing with my Breezy Cloud website. I have manually added several subscribers to my site, but unfortunately, they are not receiving the welcome email that should notify them of their access.
Additionally, when they try to use the “Forgot Password” function to reset their login credentials, no reset password email is being sent to their inbox.
This issue is affecting user access and overall site experience. I would greatly appreciate it if your team could look into this matter at your earliest convenience and advise me on how to resolve it.

Based on our investigation the above issue happens when cloning a project and deleting the original project. Our developers are looking into this bug and they need more time to fix it. You may need to postpone the launch of the website.
