Active subscription not yet on LTD

Hello,
I purchased an LTD from Brizy through Appsumo, but after registration I was classified as in a "Free Trial". What happens after the Free Trial expires? Will my account then be upgraded to LTD and include all the projects I created so far? Or will everything be deleted and I have to start over again (hopefully not!)?

  Hello Christian,

  You have two subscription plans included in your account

  1. Free Trial Cloud PRO plan which gives you access to 10 PRO licenses until July 02, 2025. As this plan expires on July 02, 10 licenses allotted to your account will also expire. Until then you have access to a total of 15 PRO licenses.
  2. AppSumo Brizy Cloud plan which gives you access to 5 PRO licenses for lifetime. After July 02, you will continue to have access to these 5 PRO licenses.

  Coming to your questions.

  • What happens after the Free Trial expires? After the free trial expires, you will lose access to the 10 additional PRO licenses that were allotted to you and your total licenses will come down from 15 to 5.
  • Will my account then be upgraded to LTD and include all the projects I created so far? Or will everything be deleted and I have to start over again Your account already includes the LTD plan and after the Free Trial expires, your projects will remain in your account, nothing will be deleted and you don't have to start over again.

  For all practical purposes, you can ignore the presence of the Free Trial Cloud Pro plan in your account
