Hello Brizy Team,
I submitted a refund request on June 20th, 2025 , I have not received any response. I am following up one final time before I escalate this matter.
If I do not receive a resolution within 3 business days, I will be filing a complaint with the Florida State Attorney General’s Office for failure to respond to a refund claim.
Please acknowledge receipt of this email and confirm the refund status.
