Customer Feedback Survey
Hey there guys! I will be using Brizy Cloud for a Customer Satisfaction Page for a client.
The flow is as follows:
- User scans QR code at store
- The below landing page appears
- User selects the face that best matches their experience
"I Loved It" - User taken to thank you page and option to leave review on socials
"It Was Ok" - User taken to page with specific feedback form made in Brizy
"Not Good" - User taken to page with specific feedback form made in Brizy
Since the user will first have to complete a form for us to know what reaction they chose, I want to anticipate users who might click a reaction face but not proceed to use any of the forms to provide feedback and log the option that they clicked.
Please let me know of any solutions or workarounds that would log which reaction was clicked and how we can recieve this information.

You need a form builder which supports "conditional logic" to implement the above survey. For example, you could setup the above workflow using Jotforms following the procedure at https://www.jotform.com/help/57-smart-forms-conditional-logic-for-online-forms/
You could also consider alternate form builders listed at https://www.growform.co/form-builder-with-conditional-logic/ for this purpose. Depending on the form builder you choose, you must follow their respective process to develop the workflow you have mentioned above.
Using Brizy Cloud may not be advantageous. Instead of creating a landing page in Brizy Cloud, you can send customers directly to an online form hosted on one of the above service providers.
