  If you are hosting your DNS records on Cloudflare, kindly follow instructions under the heading  "Disable DNS Proxy in Cloudflare" at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052

  

  As the next step, follow instructions under the heading "In case of SSL protocol error" in the same document to auto-generate SSL certificate for your domain.

  A DNS lookup of your domain name shows that you are using two Name Server from Cloudflare. Your DNS records are hosted on Cloudflare Name Servers. 

  1. jaxson.ns.cloudflare.com
  2. emily.ns.cloudflare.com

  Kindly visit the URL https://dnschecker.org/all-dns-records-of-domain.php?query=kentcraft.cn&rtype=ALL&dns=google and click on the "Lookup DNS" button.

  

  Scroll down to the NS section and you will see that your domain points to these Cloudflare Name Servers

  1. jaxson.ns.cloudflare.com
  2. emily.ns.cloudflare.com

  

  Can you investigate why a DNS lookup of your domain shows that your Name Servers are with Cloudflare when you are not using their DNS? Feel free to checkout other DNS lookup services like these as well.
