Phone number issues with google conversion tracking

I had Google ads tracking set up on my website, and strange phone numbers are showing up in place of my numbers and are not working. I have turned off call tracking in my google tag manager and the phone numbers are still showing up. Can you please guide me as to what I can do to remedy this? Here is an example of the code when I "view page source" — " href="tel:87786757XX" data-brz-link-type="external" target="_blank"><strong>855-304-95XX</strong></a></p></div>". 

Is this something being cause by brizy? Please help asap- my client is not happy

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Brizy does not alter or replace phone numbers on its own. The number you’re seeing is most likely being dynamically replaced by a script, typically something related to Google Ads Call Tracking or another marketing tag.

  Even if you’ve turned off call tracking in Google Tag Manager, there might still be a call conversion script running or cached. I recommend checking your GTM setup and removing any remaining call tracking scripts. Also, don’t forget to clear your site and browser cache after making any changes.
