APPSUMO Code messed up my LTD PRO Account

I need your assistance with another Brizy Cloud problem now that I purchased the APPSUMO 50 sites (10 codes) deal. I have an OLD LTD account that has unlimited WP and Cloud Pro for self hosted sites.

Now that I redeemed the code it seems to have changed my UNLIMITED to a 50 cap which is a mistake. I've attached a screenshot to show what I mean. Basically, all my cloud sites should be pro, with the option to add 50 Brizy hosted custom domains. Can you please fix this?

    Reaching out to resolve.

    From reading the deal, it appeared that the APPSUMO 10 code (50 site) deal would leave everything alone with the account and you all would just enable a "credit pool of 50" that I could use for custom domains still allowing me to pull off other pro sites as exports when/if needed.  I prefer it under one account if possible.

    Hello Robert,

    Brizy Cloud supports two types of dashboards.

    • Dashboard V1: Brizy subscription plans with no cap on the quantity of PRO licenses are supported by this dashboard. You received complimentary access to Brizy Cloud builder PRO elements and PRO blocks for an unlimited number of websites with your Brizy PRO Lifetime purchase. You must have this dashboard in order to keep the complimentary access to  Brizy Cloud.
    • Dashboard V2: This dashboard supports Brizy plans with fixed number of PRO licenses. AppSumo Brizy Cloud plan has a fixed number of PRO licenses and it needs this dashboard.

    When you redeemed your AppSumo codes in your existing account, your dashboard switched to V2 and you lost the complimentary access to the Brizy Cloud for unlimited sites. To keep the benefits of both the plans, you must sign up for a new Brizy account and give us your new account email. We will then transfer your AppSumo codes to that account and switch the dashboard of your existing account to V1.

    I have created the new account.  The NEW account that the coupon codes should go to is brizy@amperspectives.com.

    Hey KC,

    I just checked and see that the brizy@amperspectives.com is set to the v2 50 sites (10 code) plan and the andy@amperspectives.com is set to the v1 previous LTD that I had.

    In the future, I will reach out before doing any redemption codes.

    Thank you for sorting this out in my panic!  I thought I lost my sites.
