A client was trying to preview a design and he received this warning:

What can be the problem ?

  Thank you for reaching out.

  We've already reported this issue to our senior support team. I will get back to you as soon as I have an update.
  In the meantime, they can access the templates from the block library -> Layouts.

  Hi Alberto,

  Thank you for getting back to us.

  We’re currently looking into the issue you reported. Please note that getting a website whitelisted by Norton or similar security tools can take some time, as it involves external review processes.

  In the meantime, as mentioned in our previous email, you can still access the templates directly through the Block Library. This should allow you to continue working without interruption while we address the issue.

  We appreciate your understanding and will keep you updated as soon as we have more information.

  Hi !
  
  The user needs to preview the templates. In the blocks library he can import a design to his site, but not preview them in browser.

  Hello Alberto,

  Can you share the designs using the URL https://www.brizy.io/templates and preview the design using URLs like https://www.template-preview.site/?url=saaswebsite until Norton is able to fix this issue with the URL https://websitebuilder-demo.net/?

  To preview a design, kindly hover over it and select the "Preview Design" option.
