Invited member could use “Embed” block?

I’m the owner, I invited my staff as a manager. 
when she tries to edit a Brizy page, embed block has red dot and she couldn’t drag out it to the right side. 
how could my invited manager controll the function?

  Hello Pierce,

  The PRO and FREE labels on the project thumbnail helps identify free and pro projects. 

  

   

  Some Brizy features will be locked for your staff member if she is working on a "free" project.  Please select the "Activate PRO" option in the project thumbnail to enable pro features on the project she wishes to work on. As a manager, your staff can also do the same.
