    Hi Soeron,

    Thanks for reaching out.

To help us narrow down the issue, could you please check if the same problem occurs when you switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four)? Also, try deactivating all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to see if there’s a conflict.

If the issue still persists after these steps, please share your WordPress admin credentials with us so we can take a closer look.  You can add us as an Admin user from your Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

Hi Ariel, since my current website is running on the same instance, any chance for you guys to check with my admin credentials without all the trial and error approach?

    best regards

    Hi Soeren,

    Thank you for the update.

I understand you'd like to avoid the trial-and-error process, but due to how WordPress works, where themes and plugins are built by different developers, this method is unfortunately necessary to accurately identify the issue.

To avoid affecting your live website, I’d recommend creating a staging version of your site where we can safely run the necessary tests. Here’s a helpful guide on how to create a staging site:
    https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/

Once your staging site is ready, feel free to share the access credentials and we’ll be happy to check from there.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
