Brizy for Shopify - No Menu Option in Elements

I am using Brizy for Shopify for a freelance client, and use a paid version of it myself. I am trying to build a Shopify website with Brizy and am running into issues with the Menu Element. For starters, Brizy says this is easy integration - it has been anything but. There is no Menu Element in the element options - what is going wrong here? Also, can't get Brizy to respond!

  Hello Emily,

  The body of your Shopify pages can be edited using Brizy Shopify. For pages edited with Brizy, the header and footer design is derived from your Shopify theme. Therefore, the menu element is not available in the Brizy Elements panel.
