Request for Investigation Regarding White Label Access
Hi,
I would like to confirm something regarding my account. Last year, I subscribed to the white label plan via the AppSumo deal. However, I did not renew it this year, and therefore the white label functionality should have been removed.
Surprisingly, I noticed that my dashboard still has access to the white label features, and I’m still able to use the AI white label builder.
As I understand it, my dashboard should have reverted back to the original Brizy dashboard.
I have also checked all of my payment cards and can confirm that no payment has been made for a renewal.
Could you please investigate this and let me know what’s going on?

I’m following up on the ticket I submitted yesterday regarding continued access to white label features in my Brizy Cloud account, despite not renewing the subscription.
I haven’t received any response yet and would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide an update.

When you stopped renewing the white label feature, our licensing management system was unable to remove white label from your account automatically. The concerned staff in charge of the license management system was not available, which caused the delay. The white label has now been manually removed from your account.
