Cancelled subscription - still got charged
Hi,
I cancelled my WP Personal subscription several days ago, but today the subscription got renewed for another year anyway.
As I bought a Freelancer license back in February, I no longer have any need for the Personal license.

Your Personal WP plan has been canceled, and the $49.00 transaction from today has been refunded. Within seven to ten business days, this sum should be credited to your payment method.
To cancel a plan, kindly contact Brizy Support in the future. We handle all cancellations.

Thank you for cancelling the plan.
I did in fact use the cancellation form found here: https://www.brizy.io/cancel. I suppose this is what you mean by "contacting Brizy Support", as this is the page I get redirected to when clicking the "Cancel Subscription" link in your dashboard.0 -

I meant contacting Brizy Support by either writing an email to support@brizy.io or by filling up a form at this Forum.
