[Agency Cloud LTD] Client Billing and Viewing the Site the total number of sites left

Hi there,

I was reading this and noticed, I don't have access to client billing

All our Agency and White Label plans customers will get access to a new client billing solution (via Stripe). This solution will let you bill your clients and automate PRO access in their accounts.

Also, I just bought 10x codes from AppSumo to grow my total number of sites on LTD to 153 (100 from Agency Cloud LTD, 3 from the original 2019 deal and 50 from the latest AppSumo deal)

How do I see how many sites I have left unused out of these 153 sites limit?

    Hello Leo,

    The Stripe client billing solution was not included in your plan when you bought Agency Cloud LTD on March 16, 2023. A revised "Agency" plan with "Client billing" and "Client management" features was introduced 70 days later on 25 May 2023.

     

    Please select the "Deactivate PRO" (or "Activate PRO") option in your project thumbnail to view the status of your available licenses.

    You can see the number of PRO licenses available for use here

    Thanks. It wasn't included back then. But I read this. Does that mean we can get an upgrade?

    Hello Leo,

    Unfortunately the Agency plan featured at https://www.brizy.io/brizy-cloud-plans-changes is no more available today. 750 days after we wrote the above article, the plan's features and price have changed. At https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud, we offer an entirely different agency plan that is more expensive and excludes Client Billing (through Stripe) and Client Management features. It is not possible to upgrade to the Agency plan you have referenced above because it is now a legacy plan. (A legacy plan is one that was formerly offered for sale but is no longer available.)

    Sorry, I don't quite get you. The Agency Cloud Ltd says whitelabel is included.

    I then check the current whitelabel and it includes client management.

    Hence, could I confirm my whitelabel details and get the client management?

    Hello Leo,

    Yes; you can add white label feature to your Agency Cloud Ltd plan and get Client management feature under the "Clients" section of your Brizy account. All users who sign up using your white label builder will be listed in this section and you have access to their accounts.

    Kindly send us an email at support@brizy.io mentioning your interest to setup white label for The Agency Cloud Ltd account and we will get you started on the onboarding process. 

    The client billing via Stripe is not included with the white label plan. This feature, which is exclusive to the Enterprise plan, allows you to resell Brizy plans under your brand at prices you set.
