Issue with Activation of AppSumo Codes

I purchased two codes for Brizy Cloud yesterday through AppSumo, but they haven’t been activated on my account. Could you please help me activate them?

    Hello Víctor,

    Brizy Cloud supports two types of dashboards.

    • Dashboard V1: Supports unlimited plans with no limits on the number of PRO licenses. Your Brizy Pro Studio plan supports unlimited websites and needs dashboard V1
    • Dashboard V2: This dashboard supports plans with fixed number of PRO licenses. AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan has a fixed number of plans and needs dashboard V2

    Dashboard V2 is appropriate for the  AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 plan, whereas Dashboard V1 is appropriate for the Brizy Pro Studio plan. Hence stacking of two plans is not possible. Can you sign up for a new Brizy Cloud account and redeem the  AppSumo Brizy Cloud 2024 codes there?

    Thanks for your response and clarification.

    Since I already have multiple websites built and hosted under my Brizy Pro Studio plan (Dashboard V1), I would like to know:

    1. Is there any official way to **migrate all my existing websites** from Dashboard V1 to a new account with Dashboard V2?
    2. If not, can you please confirm if **projects need to be rebuilt manually** in the new account?
    3. If migrating the websites is not possible, could you please guide me on how to cancel or get a refund for the AppSumo codes?

    I want to find the best way to take advantage of the AppSumo 2024 codes without losing access or functionality from my current projects.

    Hello Víctor,

    It is possible to clone a project from one account to another using the project cloning feature. Kindly have a look at Clone Entire Projects with URL in Brizy Cloud in under 15 seconds!  for the procedure.

    If you are planning to cancel the Brizy Pro Studio subscription, you could consider these steps to migrate your projects with minimal effort.

    • Sign up for a new account with Brizy.io and redeem your AppSumo codes there (and do not transfer projects)
    • Cancel the Brizy Pro Studio plan either now or sometime before August 1, 2025.
    • Remove Brizy Pro Studio plan from your account and transfer the AppSumo Plan from the new account to this account. (This avoids stacking of two incompatible plans)
    • Brizy PRO Lifetime gave you complimentary access to PRO elements in the Brizy Cloud projects without custom domain publishing. You will lose this complimentary benefit when following this approach.

    I have two questions to clarify before proceeding:

    1. You mentioned that I would lose complimentary access to PRO elements in Brizy Cloud projects if I remove the Brizy Pro Studio plan. **Could you please specify exactly which PRO elements or features I would lose?** This will help me evaluate the impact on my current projects.

    2. Also, regarding the step: *"Remove the Brizy Pro Studio plan from your account and transfer the AppSumo Plan from the new account to this account"*, I’m not sure how to do this. **Could you please provide a step-by-step guide or let me know if you can assist directly with this transfer?**

    I want to make sure I transition everything smoothly without affecting my published projects.

    Hello Víctor,

    Let me answer your questions.

    1. The Brizy PRO Lifetime plan you bought in May 2020 gave you complimentary access to Brizy Cloud with unlimited custom domains for 2 years. During the two complimentary years, you had the opportunity to create unlimited Brizy Cloud projects and link custom domains to all those projects. 

      You could not link custom domains to your projects after the 2 free years (included with your LTD) was over. Beyond the two years, the LTD users however, could access the PRO elements in Brizy Cloud builder and build PRO websites and host on external servers using either Export HTML or Server Sync options (while they could not add a custom domain and host their websites on Brizy Cloud) 

      After you cancel Brizy Pro Studio plan, you have access to PRO elements in the Cloud Builder and can publish your websites on external servers using Export HTML and Server sync options. The elements marked in red are PRO elements. If you transfer your AppSumo plan to this account, you will lose this privilege. If the complimentary access is important for you, then you should not transfer the AppSumo licenses to this account. 

    2. If you want to transfer your AppSumo plan from your new account to the current account, you just have to request us and we will do it for you.
