    Hi Elie,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please try the following steps to address the issue.

    1. Ensure that you are using the latest versions - Brizy v2.6.22 and Brizy Pro v2.6.14

    2. If you're using a security plugin like Wordfence, try temporarily disabling the firewall or switching it to Learning Mode. This often helps fix saving issues. Here's a guide you can follow:
    https://help.elegantthemes.com/en/articles/2395855-how-to-fix-saving-issues-while-wordfence-plugin-is-enabled

    3. Disable all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to check for any conflicts. If the issue is resolved, you can re-enable your plugins one by one to identify which one might be causing the problem.

    4. Make sure your server meets the following PHP settings:

    PHP max input variables: 8000
PHP memory limit: 512M or higher
    PHP post max size: 64M
    Upload max filesize: 64M

If you have access to cPanel, go to "Select PHP Version," then open the "Options" tab to adjust these values. Here's a helpful reference: https://www.simplified.guide/cpanel/php-memory-limit
You can also reach out to your hosting provider so they can set this up for you.

    5. If all the above failed, ask your hosting provider to temporarily disable ModSecurity, as it may be blocking some of Brizy’s functions. If you have access to do this from cPanel, you can follow this guide:
    https://www.hostitsmart.com/manage/knowledgebase/287/How-to-Disable-ModSecurity-in-cPanel.html

If nothing helps, please share your WordPress admin login details with us so we can take a closer look. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

    Hi Ariel,

Thanks for your help. I have tested the first part but not yet the PHP. We were able to make a page with Elementor work but not with Brizy, this is strange. Do you have any idea why?

    Thanks,

    Elie

    Hi Elie,

    Thank you the update.

Brizy and Elementor use different methods for rendering layouts. Brizy uses browser-based compilation, where the layout is dynamically built and rendered in the browser using JavaScript, while Elementor uses a more traditional server-side approach.

As Brizy processes layout data directly in the browser, this can sometimes be flagged by ModSecurity (a type of firewall used by many hosts). We’ve seen a similar case recently where another user was able to resolve the issue by updating their server settings, specifically, increasing the body size limits in their ModSecurity configuration, which was blocking larger save requests. This may be something you could check with your hosting provider. For more details, please refer to this support thread: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/27240442687378

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Elie,

    Thank you for the update.

To help us check the issue from our end, could you please provide temporary access to your WordPress admin credentials? The instructions for sending your site credentials securely were provided in one of our previous emails.

Let us know once access is ready so we can take a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ellie,

    Thank you for the update.

We were able to access your site, and from what we can see, the pages appear to be working as expected. Could you please let us know which specific page you're having trouble with? That would help us investigate further.

Also, we noticed that some of your pages have been edited using both Brizy and Elementor. We generally don’t recommend using multiple page builders on the same site, each builder adds its own structure. When both are used on the same page, the output can become broken.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
