  Hello Lana,

  If you are hosting your DNS records on Cloudflare Name Servers like 
  tori.ns.cloudflare.com or jerry.ns.cloudflare.com ensure that you disable DNS Proxy for the A Record and the CNAME Record.

   

  Once you disable DNS proxy for the two records, please follow instruction under the heading "In case of SSL protocol error" at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052 to auto generate SSL certificate for your domain.
