    Hi Federico,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please try the following steps to address the issue.

    1. Ensure that you are using the latest versions - Brizy v2.6.22 and Brizy Pro v2.6.14

    2. If you're using a security plugin like Wordfence, try temporarily disabling the firewall or switching it to Learning Mode. This often helps fix saving issues. Here's a guide you can follow:
    https://help.elegantthemes.com/en/articles/2395855-how-to-fix-saving-issues-while-wordfence-plugin-is-enabled

    3. Disable all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to check for any conflicts. If the issue is resolved, you can re-enable your plugins one by one to identify which one might be causing the problem.

    4. Make sure your server meets the following PHP settings:

    PHP max input variables: 8000
PHP memory limit: 512M or higher
    PHP post max size: 64M
    Upload max filesize: 64M

If you have access to cPanel, go to "Select PHP Version," then open the "Options" tab to adjust these values. Here's a helpful reference: https://www.simplified.guide/cpanel/php-memory-limit
You can also reach out to your hosting provider so they can set this up for you.

    5. If all the above failed, ask your hosting provider to temporarily disable ModSecurity, as it may be blocking some of Brizy’s functions. If you have access to do this from cPanel, you can follow this guide:
    https://www.hostitsmart.com/manage/knowledgebase/287/How-to-Disable-ModSecurity-in-cPanel.html

If nothing helps, please share your WordPress admin login details with us so we can take a closer look. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

    Hi,

unfortunately the problem persists despite trying the various suggestions. On complex pages with multiple columns and accordions, when I save the content additions, brizy crashes and does not save the new content. This is a serious problem because I urgently need to update the content periodically!

This is a problem that I only have on complex pages. It is as if brizy cannot handle the amount of content. I do not know if I managed to explain myself.

    Hi Federico,

    Thank you for the update.

If the issue is only happening on one specific page, especially if that page is larger or contains more blocks than the others, it’s possible that you’ve reached the page’s content threshold. When a page becomes too large, it may exceed the server or browser limits for saving data, which can prevent updates from being applied. I recommend trying to reduce the number of blocks or elements on that page and then checking if it saves properly. Simplifying the layout or splitting the content across multiple pages can also help avoid this issue.

I also recommend checking with your hosting provider to see if they can temporarily disable ModSecurity for your site. In some cases, ModSecurity can block larger or more complex requests, which might be interfering with the save process.

We’ve seen a similar case recently where another user was able to resolve the issue by updating their server settings, specifically, increasing the body size limits in their ModSecurity configuration, which was blocking larger save requests. This may be something you could check with your hosting provider. For more details, please refer to this support thread: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/27240442687378

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
