Problems with a carousel in an accordion
Hi to the support team,
on a clients page we have problems with the representation of a carousel in an accordion.
In the edition mode with brizy it's displayed correctly but in the frontend there is no possibility to choose the different names of the members, only one member is shown in the accordion and the carousel (with her photos and titles) doesn't appear at all.
Could you please give me an advice to solve the problem?
Greetings,
Tadi

Hi Marcus,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please ensure you're using the latest versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro. If you're still experiencing layout issues, try a simple updates to the page, like add 1px of padding on the affected block or element, save, and preview the front-end. If that resolves the problem, then go back to the page, undo or revert your changes and save again. This extra step forces Brizy to recompile the page, which often fixes layout issues.
Please try this and let me know how it goes.
Best regards,

Yesterday we sent us our WP Admin credentials, did you get it?

Hi Tadi,
Just checking if you were able to send the credentials using the format we shared in our last email. We receive a high volume of support requests through our community email, and following the format helps us track your request more efficiently. It can be quite time-consuming to locate a customer’s site without it.
I'm posting the format again below so you can easily follow it:

Hi Tadi,
Thank you for your cooperation.
We're currently unable to access your site due to a 503 Service Unavailable error. This usually indicates that the server is temporarily down due to maintenance or capacity issues.

To resolve this, we recommend reaching out to your hosting provider, as there may be additional server-level issues that need attention. They can check if there are any resource limitations, security rules, or other configurations affecting your site’s availability.
Best regards,

Hi Tadi,
We’re still unable to log in to your site due to this issue.

Your security settings may also be affecting Brizy’s functionality on your pages. Could you please check if you have the option on your hosting panel to temporarily disable ModSecurity or your Web Application Firewall?
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
