Header and Footer menu dissappearing after Brizy Update

Hi to the support-team,

we have a problem with a clients website: after updating Brizy and Brizy Pro the menus dissappeared. I imported the backup and everything was fine. Did this a few times but as we want to do the update, I tried to built the header menu new from scratch (made a sticky header which I didn't have before) but it didn't solve the problem.

Could you please give me some advice?

  Hello Marcus,

  Kindly update Brizy and Brizy Pro to these versions first

  

  Then make these two changes to the header block

  • Increase the padding by 1 px for any element 
  • Open the "Display Conditions" for the header block and click on the "Save" button

  and update the project and check if the header displays well in the frontend.
