Account issues

I have 2 Brizy accounts, admin@sparklerdigital.com & mikec@sparklerdigital.com.  I have purchased Appsumo cloud licenses at mikec@sparklerdigital.com.  I put them there because I have a Cloud WHITE LABEL account under the admin@sparklerdigital.com.  What complicates this is that I use Agency Designs to help me with production and I am using their cloud account.

The problem is when I try to access my new Appsumo licenses, it goes to Agency Designs account.  So I can't access my new Appsumo licenses.

I think the resolution is to move them to my other email address.

What I want is to have all of my licenses under admin@sparklerdigital.com, where I have 200 WordPress licenses and an expiring Cloud White Label account.

  Hello Michael,

  We have detached your account mikec@sparklerdigital.com from the Agency Designs white label builder. The 9 AppSumo codes you have redeemed from the recent AppSumo LTD plan are available in this account. Are you wanting to transfer the AppSumo licenses in this account to admin@sparklerdigital.com account? Kindly confirm.

  I would like the Appsumo codes changed to the admin@sparklerdigital.com account.  I have an existing Cloud White Label there but I am letting that expire.  So if you want to remove that first since it is my understanding I can't have the Cloud White Label and regular cloud coexist in the same account.  But I am not going forward with White Label Cloud.  Just White Label WordPress and these new Appsumo licenses.

  Hello Michael,

  We have removed your white label account and transferred your AppSumo plan to admin@sparklerdigital.com. We are still working on transferring all your 45 AppSumo licenses. We will let you know once we complete the complete the process.

  OK thank you.  I just want to make sure I don't lose anything in the process as Agency Designs are transferring over several projects they've done for us.

  Hello Michael,

  You can start using your account; it currently has 12 PRO licenses. We will add the remaining 33 licenses to your account soon.

  I'm still showing the Whitelabel on my account.  I have 5 more licenses I want to attach but it won't let me until that's gone apparently.

  Hello Michael,

  Our license management system does not permit removing an existing annual plan. Your White Label Cloud plan is active till July 30, 2025. Redeeming AppSumo codes is challenging since white label and AppSumo plans cannot coexist. Can you wait till July 31st to redeem these codes?
