This is a systemic problem on my end.  Even if I clear all cache on my browser.

URL 2:  https://slategrey-stinkbug-975992.hostingersite.com/

Both are the same site but different hosting companies.  So 1, it isn't a host problem.

 

These are basically test cases.  So do whatever you need to do with them and let me know what the problem is as it is really getting in the way of me delivering projects.
