    Hi Dan,

Thank you for the update. We’re currently unable to access your website. Could you please temporarily disable the firewall or allow access from this IP range: 112.201.178.0/24

Once done, please let us know so we can proceed with the check.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Ariel,

During some hacking, a security person I hired used a popular security site, Cloudflare, I think, and blocked access from other countries. I logged into it and see no way of undoing that block, nor to add your IP range. Can you see whether there's another site, or place where I would do this? In the blog itself, I saw none, either.

    Thank you,
    Dan

    Hi Dan,

Could you please follow the steps outlined in this Cloudflare guide to whitelist our IP address, so we can access the WordPress admin area and proceed with troubleshooting?

    HI Ariel,

Thank you for finding those Cloudflare instructions. They do not match what I see. When I click Manage Account, my only option is to "Leave" that account. I invited you to be an admin of my Cloudflare, because I'm seeing nothing about unblocking other countries or IPs, only about adding teams. I appreciate your help with this!

    Thank you,
    Dan

Today I thought I had something. I thought maybe I could take the embed code from a page Brizy created before this new "interference", when I could still post images, and use that as an embed code now that all images create errors. Because I need to create a page comprising three images, now. Except the image code in Brizy is more complex than I know. Maybe I could go "old school", like <href="image", location=URL, size=300x300 px</href> if that might work (I would have to research the on the exact coding). I don't have strong confidence that would be a temporary solution to the issue, although if you think it would be, I would do it now. Thank you.

    Hi Dan,

Thanks for sharing your idea, you're welcome to give that solution a try if you'd like. It might work as a temporary workaround, though as you mentioned, it could take a bit of trial and error with the embed code.

In the meantime, we might be able to get things working by using an older version of Brizy and Brizy Pro. I’ll find them first and make sure they work as expected, and once confirmed, I’ll send you the download links so you can continue working on your site without further delays.

I’ll be in touch again shortly.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Dan,

Kindly uninstall the current versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro from your website, then install the versions linked below.

Let us know if the issue still persists after that.

    Hi Ariel,

Thank you for the earlier versions. Then I presume I have to have auto-update off. My concern is about future updates. This seems like a resourceful temporary fix, which I appreciate!

Well this is very interesting. I went to the plugins section of the wordpress, and saw that Brizy was auto-updating, yet Brizy-Pro was not. So I updated it. And now the images work again! Thank you for your help with this, Ariel! I very much appreciate your level of support here!
