🚨 Emoji Bug After Failed Duplicate – Project Broken (Pibry AIX)

    Update:
After further testing, I’ve confirmed this is a platform-wide issue, not isolated to a single project.

Summary of Behavior (as of June 2025):

    • Most emojis are currently not rendering correctly on Brizy Cloud

    • They display as broken characters (?) after saving or publishing

    • This affects:

      • New projects created from scratch

      • Cloned projects

      • Previously working pages that now break after edits

Verified Working Emojis (at time of testing):

    ✅ ✨
Most others tested do not display properly.

Live Example (left as-is for reference):

(Note: content may change in the future depending on platform updates)

    Would appreciate any insight on:

    • Whether this is a known bug

    • If a fix is in progress, or if emojis should be avoided for now

Thanks in advance — we really appreciate the platform and hope to see this resolved!

    Hi Yassin,

    Thank you for contacting us.

This is a known issue from an older bug that has resurfaced, and we’ve already reported it to our developers so it can be addressed in the next update.

In the meantime, could you please share the specific page URLs where you’re seeing the issue? We’ll check them from our side and see if there’s a possible manual fix we can apply for now.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi

    Any update on this bug?
I'm still getting question marks instead of emojis on my page https://www.adlander.co/

    Hi Yassin,

Could you please try it again using this URL to make sure there’s no caching issue on your end?

Thank you, and let us know how it goes.
