    Hello Tim,

    Email notifications can be easily suspected as SPAM and hence may not reach the recipient. Please follow these best practices to avoid having your mail rejected by mail servers. Can you confirm if you have filled up these fields?

    • Subject: Do not omit the subject.
    • From Email: Make sure the 'From" Email' you use has the same domain as your website. The 'From Email' field on a form hosted at CNN.com can be form@cnn.com or info@cnn.com
    • From Name: This field should not be left empty.

    After filling up the above fields, kindly test the form once more. Wait for 5 minutes and check your Gmail Inbox and the SPAM folders. If you find the email notification in the SPAM folder, please select the "Report not spam" button to request Google to whitelist the "From Email" address.
